Returns & Exchanges

We want you to sleep soundly, which is why we offer a 100-night trial on all Buffy products. If you aren't completely in love with your bedding, you can return or exchange it for a full refund within the trial period.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Bedding

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
